Chenega Government Mission Solutions, LLC is seeking a Child/Youth Program Coordinator to support Army National Guard CYS programs across the U.S. and territories. The role focuses on lesson planning, youth curriculum delivery, event coordination, and partnership development with youth service organizations.

Onsite work in Richmond, VA is required. Bachelor's degree and experience in youth programming are needed; strong communication, MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite in Richmond, Virginia (No telework).
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in youth programming and development.
• Combination of post-secondary education and experience considered commensurate with a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver educational youth curriculum and events for ARNG military youth and families.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans and learning experiences.
• Design marketing materials and program reports; convey information clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ensure events align with objectives and national performance metrics.
• Recruit, train and manage state-level volunteers; build partnerships with youth service programs.
• Facilitate large and small group learning events and workshops.
• Analyze data, evaluate program effectiveness, and brief trend analyses.
