Job summary

Chenega Government Mission Solutions, LLC is seeking a Lead Child/Youth Program Coordinator to support ARNG CYS educational programs nationwide, including DC. The role focuses on lesson planning, student engagement, and delivering school-aged youth programs with a strong emphasis on curriculum development and community outreach.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, experience in youth programming, and the ability to work onsite in Washington DC, with availability beyond traditional

Qualifications

• Experience in developing youth curriculum, programming and development.
• Ability to plan and deliver educational youth curriculum and events.
• Proficiency in creating instructional and presentation materials.
• Experience working with youths of all ages and understanding youth development needs.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally, including evenings and weekends.
• Onsite work in Washington D.C.

Responsibilities

• Operate as primary point of contact and youth SME for planning and delivering educational programs.
• Collaborate with State Family Programs Director and PMT to align services with national metrics.
• Develop and deliver educational youth curriculum and events; design marketing materials and publications.
• Plan and run large- and small-scale group learning events and workshops.
• Analyze program data from multiple sources.
• Recruit, train and manage a state-level volunteer team; build partnerships with youth programs.
