Chenega Government Mission Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is seeking a Child/Youth Program Coordinator to support ARNG CYS across the U.S. and territories. Lead youth curricula, develop resources, and coordinate volunteers to strengthen military family services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience with youth programming, with on-site work in Wellesley, MA. Strong communication and data analysis are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with youth programming and development preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Wellesley, MA and support military families.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver youth curriculum and programs for Army National Guard youth and families.
• Design marketing materials and program reports, and convey information clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ensure services meet military population needs and align with national performance metrics.
• Recruit, train and manage state-level volunteers and build partnerships with youth programs.
• Plan and operate large and small events.
• Analyze data, evaluate program effectiveness and brief trend analyses.
