Qualifications

• Requires strong communication, patience, and creativity when engaging with youth.
• Experience in supervising or leading staff is preferred.
• Ability to manage behavior and implement youth development strategies per club trainings.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly programming plans for K-5th grade.
• Ensure safety and inclusive environment for all children.
• Supervise staff and conduct 60-day reviews and performance plans.
• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians.
