Job summary

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Wound Care Charge Nurse (RN) in Natick, MA. The role focuses on managing wounds, ostomy care, and educating staff to uphold high-quality patient care.

The position reports to the Senior Director for Professional Practice and requires Massachusetts RN licensure with board certification appropriate for wound care, plus extensive RN experience in wound care settings.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree in nursing.
• Wound Ostomy Certificate Required and minimum 6 months to 1 year of wound care experience.
• Licensure: Current RN license in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized ostomy care and support, educate patients and families, and discharge planning.
• Manage complex wounds, fistulas, and skin conditions with treatment plans.
• Serve as a clinical resource and consultant for ostomy, wound, and skin care management.
• Educate patients and healthcare staff through formal and informal training and updates.
• Ensure quality standards and program oversight, monitor outcomes and maintain records.
