Responsibilities

• Provide specialized ostomy care and support, educate patients and families, and discharge planning for recovery and self-care.
• Manage complex wounds, fistulas, and skin conditions with treatment plans and evaluations.
• Serve as clinical resource and consultant to nurses and staff on ostomy, wound, and skin care.
