Harvard University Cental Administration seeks to advance workforce development through the Harvard Ed Portal’s PWR and Pathways programs. This role focuses on program design, stakeholder engagement, and outcome-driven training for Allston, Brighton, and Cambridge residents.

The position supports collaboration with local partners, coordinates curriculum development, and manages outreach campaigns to expand access to in-demand careers. Some evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in project planning and program management.
• Knowledge of current workforce trends and regional employment opportunities.
• Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders in community programs.
• Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver Professional Workforce Ready (PWR) and Pathways programs.
• Create culturally and developmentally appropriate trainings for diverse learners.
• Monitor workforce trends and regional opportunities for program alignment.
• Deliver Pathway Programs across biotech, healthcare, IT, green jobs, and more.
• Provide direct case management to improve completion and credential attainment.
• Maintain communication with employer partners and program hosts for collaboration.
