Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
• 6+ years of related training experience.
• Union experience preferred.
• Instructional Design certification preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver training programs for field and office staff.
• Design onboarding and training content based on needs assessments.
• Coordinate with Learning & Development and safety teams.
• Facilitate leadership development and supervisor trainings.
• Track training metrics and report to leadership.
