Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workday experience leading payroll implementations or AMS engagements.
• Deep knowledge of US payroll rules, taxes, retro logic, and EIB data conversions.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll SKUs for Canada, UK, France, Ireland, or Australia.
• Broad Workday ecosystem understanding: HCM, Security, Advanced Reporting, Calculated Fields.
• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets.
• Strong communication and ownership mindset for high-touch client success.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, high-impact Workday Payroll initiatives—from post-production optimizations to multi-country rollouts.
• Architect end-to-end payroll solutions: design, configure, test, and troubleshoot.
• Coordinate cross-functional touchpoints between Payroll, HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, and Finance.
• Advise executives and clients on best practices and scalable architecture.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and innovation.
