Job summary

Fluence, a global leader in energy storage and software, is hiring an HR Administrator to own payroll, onboarding, and vendor-related workflows across the employee lifecycle.

You will drive data accuracy, coordinate with Finance and external vendors, and help shape a proactive HR operation that enhances the employee experience. Fluence values autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and a global perspective.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, operations, or office admin.
• Strong attention to detail with accountability for data quality.
• Ability to own recurring timelines, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure accuracy of payroll and HR data each cycle.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with stakeholders and vendors.
• Oversee onboarding processes and related documentation.
• Manage HR/admin vendors, invoices, renewals, and service levels.
• Support global mobility, travel logistics, and visa documentation.
