Job summary

VDart Inc. is seeking a Lead Workday HCM professional for a remote contract role. The candidate will lead the Workday HCM practice, work directly with client HR teams, and oversee absence, time tracking, and payroll configurations to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

The role requires strong leadership, deep WD HCM expertise, and proven ability to guide workshops and client calls, with a focus on delivering best methodologies and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in WD core HCM and advance comp.
• Knowledgeable with WD security configurations.
• Lead WD team and work directly with client personnel /HR teams.
• Lead client calls /consult and recommend WD best methodologies.
• Liason with Offshore teams and provide required updates to client teams.
• A Package Consultant for Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll is responsible for guiding clients through the implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of Workday's human capital management (HCM) solutions.
• Their primary focus is on the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Responsibilities include designing efficient time management processes, configuring payroll structures, and managing absences in alignment with clients' policies and regulatory requirements.
• Key skills required include a thorough understanding of modern time tracking methodologies, global payroll regulations, and absence management best practices.,
• Expected to lead workshops and training sessions for end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize these modules for accurate time recording, leave management, and payroll processing.
• Strong problem-solving abilities are required to address any issues that arise during system configuration or usage.
• Post-go-live support, including data validation and troubleshooting.
• This role demands an individual with excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex HCM concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences
