Job summary

iSoftStone seeks a senior Workday Financials expert to lead architecture and delivery for large-scale implementations in California. You will define scope, design the solution, and drive governance with a focus on data migration, reporting, and integrations.

The role requires strong English communication and the ability to present complex solutions to clients, with availability to start immediately on a project/part-time basis if needed.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of Workday experience including large-scale Financials implementations.
• Experience as a Workday Financials Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Workday integration technologies (Web Services, Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, XML, XSLT).

Responsibilities

• Review client requirements and help define project scope, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, and boundaries.
• Design the overall Workday Financials implementation and integration solution.
• Help develop the implementation approach, project plan, milestones, and governance model.
• Estimate required effort, team structure, skill mix, and resource allocation.
• Provide input for cost estimation and pricing.
• Identify risks and technical challenges and craft mitigation plans.
• Support development of the technical proposal, bid response, and client presentation.
• Participate in internal solution discussions and client Q&A sessions.
• Evaluate qualifications of onsite delivery resources.
