iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Solution Analyst in Palo Alto, CA for a 100% onsite contract role. You will serve as the expert for Workday Financials modules and oversee multiple projects across global teams to deliver cloud-based solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across time zones. This role is onsite in Palo Alto, with competitive pay and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience delivering large scale Workday Financial engagements or complex IT engagements.
• Experience with security configuration and data conversion during implementations.
• Experience working with PRISM Analytics and Accounting Center.
• Self-motivated with strong customer-focused delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as expert of Workday Financials modules of Accounts Payable, Banking and Settlement, General Ledger, Procurement, Expenses, Tax, FDM, Accounts Receivable, Business Assets, Projects, Inventory Management, etc.
• Understand Workday Security Configuration and Business Process.
• Be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects of all sizes in both leading and supporting roles.
• Satisfy customers with a state of art cloud solutions, and realize ideas, build services, and unlock the potential of new technology.
• Be collaborative, independent, insistent, flexible, and open minded.
• Work at a very fast pace while being customer-oriented.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Five+ years of experience delivering large scale Workday Financial engagements or complex IT engagements.
• Experience with common integration problems, such as security, data conversion, and various implementation approaches.
• Experience working with PRISM Analytics and Accounting Center.
• Self-motivated, articulate, passionate to deliver the best result and achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills required to interact with colleagues and internal customers.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams who are in global locations and varying time zones.
• Knowledgeable, resourceful, and proactive, with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and achieving desired outcomes.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a consistent commitment to reliability and independent work.

Primary Location Pay Range: $37 to $42/hour W2
