Job summary

MetLife in Cary, NC is seeking a Workday Financials E2E Lead to guide the ERP modernization journey from PeopleSoft to Workday. You will partner with business and IT teams to architect scalable Workday solutions, drive configuration decisions, and optimize Reporting, Integrations and Security.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in financial tech, deep Workday expertise, and strong leadership. Hybrid role with some in-office work and opportunity for incentive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
• 8+ years delivering enterprise financial technology solutions.
• Deep expertise in Workday Financials across multiple modules.
• Ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, configuration and deployment across Workday Financials modules.
• Translate business requirements into Workday capabilities with stakeholders.
• Oversee configuration activities during ERP modernization and support testing, risk mitigation and deployment readiness.
• Mentor team members and promote Workday best practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification across Workday ecosystem.
