Job summary

Yale University is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team of Business Systems Analysts supporting Workday Financials. You will provide technical direction, set service standards, and ensure stable, high-quality solutions across the broad university user community.

This role partners with the Controller’s Office and Central Finance to shape the Workday Financials roadmap, translate business needs into prioritized initiatives, and drive process simplification and governance for successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years of related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proven leadership of staff.
• Experience with ERP/business systems and Workday configuration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a unit of operational/technical staff and delegate daily tasks.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and internal controls; manage resources.
• Oversee project components, trainings, and communications for ongoing work.
• Coach and mentor Level 1/2 staff and non-exempt personnel.
• Coordinate with functional/technical partners for Workday enhancements and releases.
• Support change readiness, testing, and transition to production for deployments.
