Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday or HRIS/IT technical experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, RaaS, WWS, REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON, SFTP).
• Experience with Workday reports and calculated fields; SQL experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Workday Core HCM, security concepts, and data governance.
• Experience across full solution lifecycle: requirements to production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, data validation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical SME for Workday HCM integrations, reporting, security, and data conversion.
• Design, build, configure, and maintain integrations using EIB and related tools.
• Support integrations across Core Connectors, Workday Studio, RaaS, APIs, and secure file transfer methods.
• Create and maintain technical design docs, data mappings, and operational procedures.
• Partner with analytics to troubleshoot custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Plan and execute testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT) with defect management.
• Support Workday implementations, tenant updates/releases, and data conversions.
• Monitor scheduled integrations; perform root-cause analysis and communicate status.
