Job summary

Okta is seeking a Principal Product Analyst to serve as the Workday Delivery Lead for the People Technology portfolio, focused on the Experience & Rewards pod. You will guide complex, multi-system initiatives spanning Core HCM, Benefits, Rewards, and Compensation, acting as the bridge between Product Management, Total Rewards, and HR Operations.

• Lead multi-quarter, high-visibility projects across Experience & Rewards.
• Write detailed functional requirements and business processes.
