VirtualResource (VR) is a boutique consultancy delivering Workday optimization for global clients. We are seeking a subject matter expert to design, configure, and optimize the Workday Compensation module for mid-to-large enterprises.

You will translate requirements into functional specs, architect compensation structures, and lead end-to-end implementation, testing, and deployment with data-driven insights via dashboards.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on Workday Compensation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HR, Payroll and Talent modules.
• Expertise with Workday Studio and data governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Compensation module.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs; architect compensation structures.
• Configure compensation planning workflows, approvals, and data validation rules.
• Integrate equity, bonuses, and variable pay with payroll and HR.
• Lead testing, UAT, and change management for compensation processes.
• Create dashboards and reports using Workday Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
