Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in EPM/FP&A or consulting.
• 4+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Proficient in JavaScript and SQL for integrations.
• 5+ years corporate financial accounting preferred.
• 2+ years corporate FP&A preferred.
• Consulting experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple project workstreams, budgets and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning model design, integrations, reporting, dashboards, OfficeConnect, security, and scenario planning.
• Ability to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from discovery to deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand processes and KPIs.
• Manage engagements as solution lead, guiding design, security, reporting and best practices.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models including dashboards.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM.
• Lead design and implementation of integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs.
• Provide guidance to project teams and align with client requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
• Manage risks, issues, budgets, and client expectations.
• Mentor teams and support business development and thought leadership.
• Stay current on product enhancements and trends in financial planning.
