Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to lead deployments within our Digital Advisory Services practice. You will drive engagements, mentor teams, and collaborate with clients to deliver planning excellence.

The role emphasizes strong technical skills in Workday Adaptive Planning, JavaScript, and SQL, with a focus on integration design, model optimization, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or FP&A, or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience in JavaScript and SQL for data integrations and system configurations.
• 5+ years of corporate financial accounting experience preferred; 2+ years in FP&A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, within scope, timeline and budget.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand business processes, planning requirements, reporting needs, and KPIs.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models, including sheets, versions, and security.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
• Provide guidance on model design, reporting frameworks, and scenario planning; mentor project teams.
