Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire technical assemblers and mentor teams in hiring practices.
• Develop and validate training curricula; coach and develop machine support staff.
• Set clear performance goals; drive continuous improvement and manage performance reviews.
