Shady Creek Winery is seeking a confident, service-driven leader to guide the Front of House team and support daily operations in Michigan City, IN. You will collaborate with the General Manager to ensure smooth shifts, assist Hosts and staff, and adapt to guest needs across host stand, bar, floor, and retail areas.

The ideal candidate brings hospitality or leadership experience, strong communication, and a calm, solutions-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring standards are met
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the winery

At Shady Creek Winery, our Leads set the tone for the entire guest experience. They are the go-to support for the Front of House team, the problem-solvers on the floor, and the leaders who ensure everything runs smoothly from open to close.

Compensation

$14/hour base pay + tips

Typical total earnings range from $20–$30+/hour
