Shady Creek Winery in Michigan City, IN is seeking a confident, service-driven leader to guide the Front of House team across shifts.

As a Lead, you will work with the General Manager, support Hosts and Wine Tasting Associates, and step into any role to ensure a warm, seamless guest experience.

This role offers a flexible schedule with part- or full-time availability, opportunities to grow, and a team-focused culture.

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality or retail operations.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stay calm, confident, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability on weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Work alongside the General Manager to serve as a point person for Front of House operations during each shift.
• Support and guide Hosts, Support Staff, and Wine Tasting Associates
• Step into any role (host stand, bar, floor, retail) as needed
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in the moment
• Maintain strong communication with managers and the team throughout the shift
• Oversee opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring standards are met
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the winery
• Help uphold service standards and reinforce training expectations
