West Shore Home is seeking an experienced Lead Installer in Lawrence, MA to oversee window and door replacement projects from start to finish. You’ll lead on-site work, protect the home, and ensure high-quality installations that meet our standards.

You bring hands-on experience in window/door installation or carpentry and a valid driver’s license. We offer a $2,000 signing bonus, full benefits, and opportunities to advance your skills with our training and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in window/door installation or carpentry.
• Hands-on installation of windows and doors.
• Ability to manage installation projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead window and door installation projects from start to finish.
• Load truck and materials at the warehouse before heading to the job.
• Arrive on time and represent West Shore Home professionally.
• Safely remove existing units and prepare openings.
• Install replacement windows and doors per specs and quality standards.
• Complete finish work and required project paperwork.
