Job summary
West Shore Home is seeking a Lead Window & Door Installer for our Boston, MA area. You will lead installation projects from start to finish, loading materials, arriving on site prepared, and representing the company professionally to homeowners.
The role requires hands-on experience in window/door installation or remodeling, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently while meeting high quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in window/door installation or residential remodeling.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and follow installation specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead window and door installation projects from start to finish.
- Load truck and materials at the warehouse before heading to the job.
- Arrive at the customer's home on time and represent West Shore Home professionally.
- Safely remove existing windows/doors and protect the home.
- Prepare openings for new window/door installations.
- Install replacement windows/doors according to specifications.
- Complete carpentry, trim, flashing, insulation and finishing work.
- Ensure installations are weather-tight and secure.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and complete required paperwork.
