Job summary

West Shore Home in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Experienced Window Installer to lead replacement projects from start to finish. You’ll remove existing openings, prep spaces, and install high-quality windows and doors with a focus on workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, base pay of $23–$28/hour, a $2,000 signing bonus, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement options. Overtime and weekend double-time are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in window installation, door installation, carpentry, remodeling, construction, or residential installation.

Responsibilities

• Lead window and door installation projects from start to finish.
• Load truck and materials at warehouse.
• Arrive on time and represent West Shore Home professionally.
• Safely remove existing windows and doors and protect the home.
• Prepare openings for new installations and install replacements.
• Complete carpentry, trim, flashing, insulation, sealing and finishing work.
• Ensure installations are weather-tight, level, square, and secure.
• Communicate professionally with customers and complete project closeout.
