Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Lead Window & Door Installer in Boston, MA to manage installation projects from start to finish. You’ll remove existing units, prepare openings, and install replacement windows and doors with professionalism and attention to quality.

Expect a 6:30 AM start, Monday–Friday, year-round work, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth. A valid driver’s license and prior installation experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in window or door installation, carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required for company systems and two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Lead window and door installation projects from start to finish.
• Load truck and materials at the warehouse before heading to the job.
• Arrive at the customer's home on time and represent West Shore Home professionally.
• Safely remove existing windows and doors while protecting the customer's home.
• Prepare openings for new window and door installations.
• Install replacement windows and doors according to company standards.
• Complete carpentry, trim, flashing, insulation, sealing, and finishing work.
• Ensure installations are weather-tight, level, square, and secure.
• Communicate professionally with customers and complete project closeout.
