Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a full-time installer to install Andersen windows and doors, delivering to satellite locations and performing precise site prep. The role emphasizes safety, OSHA standards, and accurate material handling.

Responsibilities include loading materials, cutting and fitting Fibrex trims, and coordinating with Field Techs. A valid driver's license and OSHA-10/CPR training are required; benefits and a supportive Total Rewards package are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Window and Door installation experience.
• Valid Driver's License with ability to pass a fleet check.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Must have Valid Driver's License, will be required to deliver product to satellite locations on a weekly basis.
• Able to locate, identify, and load all necessary job site materials from material sheet.
• Perform proper opening preparation for all types of installations, including inserts and Full Frame with Brickmold.
• Performs basic aluminum bending (L flange, drip caps, flat rectangles/coil wrap).
• Ability to understand and install proper flashing based on install method, including drip caps, L flange, and new construction.
• Ability to make straight cuts to accurate dimensions within 1/32 \".
• Ability to safely extract old windows and doors without damaging property.
• Ability to install Fibrex L trim, F trim, and Flat trim.
• Knowledge of service parts, procedures, and product operations.
• Audit all truck stock, tools, products without supervision.
