Qualifications

• Experience installing windows and doors.
• OSHA safety knowledge and proper PPE usage.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass fleet check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 83 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install basic window and door products per Renewal standards.
• Prepare openings and ensure proper shingling and water management.
• Keep jobsite safe and organized; leave clean.
• Coordinate with other installers to maximize efficiency.
• Provide support for minor service calls.
• Maintain company vehicle per Fleet Policy.
• Assist with training Install I & II.
