Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking an Installer III to install windows and doors on a single jobsite, ensuring safe practices and OSHA compliance. You will handle insulation, water management, and proper opening preparation while maintaining a clean, efficient worksite.

Responsibilities include coordinating with teammates, setting various product styles, and supporting warehouse tasks. A High School Diploma, valid driver's license, and OSHA knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices in construction environments.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass fleet checks.

Responsibilities

• Installs basic window and door products per Renewal standards and productivity expectations.
• Properly install insulation types (spray foam, fiberglass) and manage water-related details (shingling, flashing).
• Prepare openings for L Flange, patio doors, and entry doors with proper sealing and anchoring.
• Keep jobsite safe, organized and clean; assist with setup/tear down and provide warehouse support as needed.
• Collaborate with other installers to maximize efficiency and address hazards before work begins.
