Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking an Installer III to perform basic window and door installations on a single jobsite. You will ensure safe practices and OSHA compliance while delivering a high-quality homeowner experience.

The role requires installation of various window styles, proper sealing, and collaboration with the team to maximize efficiency. A valid driver's license and basic tools experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver's License with ability to pass a fleet check.
• Window and Door installation experience.
• Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings and hardware.
• OSHA regulations and safe work practices knowledge.
• Safety knowledge of all equipment.
• Renewal installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs basic window and door products per Renewal standards and productivity expectations.
• Proper installation of insulation types (spray foam, fiberglass).
• Understanding of water management and shingling.
• Prepare openings and installations (L-flange, sill flashing, sealing).
• Set and anchor product, ensure safe work practices and OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with installers to maximize efficiency.
• Provide support for minor service calls as needed.
• Maintain company vehicle per Fleet Policy.
• Train Install I & II as directed.
