Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a skilled installer with valid license to load materials, perform window and door installations, and drive to Brainerd and satellite sites weekly. The role requires accurate cutting, safe handling of tools, and adherence to safety standards to protect properties and workers.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior window/door experience; a valid driver’s license and OSHA safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Window and Door installation experience helpful.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices in construction environments.
• Valid Driver’s License with ability to pass a fleet check.

Responsibilities

• Locate, identify, and load all necessary job site materials from material sheet.
• Load and unload materials and drive company truck to Brainerd and satellite locations weekly.
• Prepare openings for installations, including inserts and Full Frame with Brickmold.
• Perform basic aluminum bending (L flange, drip caps, flat rectangles).
• Install flashing as required (drip caps, L flange, new construction).
• Make straight cuts to precise dimensions within 1/32 inch.
• Safely extract old windows/doors without property damage.
