Job Summary:

Lead installers would oversee the projects, working with other members of the team. Take responsibility for the quality and completion of the work completed, and make sure everything is loaded onto the truck before each project. Window World installers carefully remove old windows and doors from the home and replace them with new exterior remodeling products according to company standards and guidelines. Installers will complete installation of all new products, collect old products and debris for disposal back at the Window World location.

Window World provides vehicles and tools to complete projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading other members of our installation team on the jobsite.
2. Overall quality of the work done in a customer's home from start to finish.
3. Troubleshoot unforeseen issues in the field in an attempt to avoid rescheduling or extended installation time.
4. Complete installation projects in a professional and timely manner, including all finishing trims, insulates, and/or caulk.
5. Collect final payment, survey, and completion certificate from the customer.
6. Lead installers will be overseeing that policies and procedures are in place to effectively complete each project in a safe manner.
7. Lead installers would be responsible for overseeing the customer experience.

Qualifications:

1. Must have knowledge and ability necessary for removal and installation of windows and doors.
2. Strong communication and customer service skills.
3. Must have persistence and strong problem-solving and time management skills.
4. Take pride in craftsmanship and finished work product.
5. Must have a driver's license.
6. Must have extensive construction experience.
7. Must have experience with the siding brake.
