This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn $27.19-48.95 hourly plus up to $770 per period incentive. The Lead Installer handles window and door installation at a single site. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, planning materials, confirming measurements, performing installations, and site shutdown. Provides guidance and training to Installers following Renewal by Andersen's standards.

• Construction skills for different wall materials and structural conditions
• Soft skills for customer interaction, including explaining processes and requesting reviews

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of window installation and remodeling experience (preferred)
• Experience managing job sites and leading crews (preferred)
• Ability to mentor others, superior workmanship, and flexibility to work during homeowner-available hours (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proficiency with tools
• Valid driver's license, effective communication, conflict resolution skills, organization, and accountability
