Purpose

The Lead Installer manages window and door installations at a single site, ensuring customer satisfaction, planning materials, confirming measurements, performing installations, and site shutdown. They also mentor other installers according to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of window installation and remodeling experience (preferred)
• Experience managing job sites and leading crews (preferred)
• Ability to coach and mentor
• Proven workmanship
• Availability between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Knowledge of tools and equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Effective communication skills
