RNWBL is a company focused on delivering renewable energy solutions and maintaining wind turbine assets. We are seeking experienced Level II Wind Technicians to lead maintenance and repair efforts on wind turbines to ensure peak performance and reliability.

Strong GE platform knowledge (1X, 2X, converter) and leadership experience are essential. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, data monitoring, and collaboration with the operations team to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical wind training preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in wind turbine maintenance or similar field is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on wind turbines.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and data analysis tools.
• Ability to interpret drawings and manuals; proficient with hand and power tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance on wind turbines, including inspections, lubrication, and component replacement.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic system issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedules.
• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components to ensure safe turbine operation.
• Monitor turbine performance and document data collection and analysis.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
• Complete maintenance reports accurately and promptly.
• Stay updated with industry advances and participate in training to enhance skills.
