Job summary

The Encompass Group is seeking an experienced Underground WET Utilities Superintendent to direct and oversee all field construction activities for assigned crews in the North Dallas Area. You will manage field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while upholding our commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience leading underground wet utilities projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, plans, specs, and local regs.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Proven safety program enforcement and Stop Work Authority.

Responsibilities

• Field leadership, scheduling and coordination of crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets, schedules and workflow efficiency.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and Stop Work Authority.
• Lead and mentor field crews; maintain equipment logs.
• Build relations with GCs, inspectors and the Concrete Division.
