Job summary

Sinacola, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Wet Utilities Foreman in the Dallas area. The role oversees utility pipeline installation and maintenance, ensuring adherence to procedures, specifications, and schedules while leading on-site teams across public and private sector projects.

The position requires supervising on-site crews, assigning tasks, mentoring laborers, and ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and MSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct on-site crews, ensuring adherence to schedules and procedures.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor progress for efficiency and quality.
• Identify and implement improvements in work methods and scheduling.
• Hire, train, and mentor laborers and equipment operators.
• Collaborate with supervisory staff to resolve operational challenges.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of construction equipment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including DOT, OSHA, and MSHA standards.
• Address delays, weather-related issues, and emergencies as they arise.
• Operate heavy equipment when necessary.
• Maintain daily logs of labor, equipment, and materials.

Education
