Massage Envy Hamilton Town Center in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Lead Wellness Director to lead team goals, coordinate front desk operations, and coach Wellness Coordinators.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of previous retail or sales experience.
• Prior leadership or management experience.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong people skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with guests.
• Supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skincare services.
• Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of Noblesville, IN.
• Ability to work 35-40 hours per week, including a combination of days, evenings, and weekends.
• May be required to work at our sister location approximately 6 miles away.

Responsibilities

• Help set team goals and provide frequent updates to motivate and support the team.
• Assist the Clinic Manager with administrative tasks and ongoing team development, including Wellness Coordinator training and coaching.
• Front desk scheduling and operations.
• Inventory management and ordering.
• Supporting consistent front desk procedures and service standards.
• Advise clients on the best combination of services and providers for their individual needs.
• Promote the value of Total Body Care and Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking future services and encouraging home-care retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain the client base through in-person service and phone/email outreach.
• Serve as a positive leadership presence for the team and develop skills for future advancement.

• Competitive base pay of $16.00-$17.00/hour, plus bonuses and commissions.

• Help grow and retain the client base through in-person service and phone/email outreach.
• Serve as a positive leadership presence for the team while continuing to develop the skills needed for future advancement.
