Job summary

Massage Envy Manchester is hiring a Sales Associate to support guests and promote Total Body Care. You will greet clients, schedule services, answer inquiries, and contribute to growing the client base with friendly, informative service.

The role offers full-time and part-time schedules, competitive pay of $16.00 per hour plus tips, bonuses, and commissions, and benefits for full-time staff. Training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills for multitasking.
• Excellent people skills and guest relations.
• General knowledge of massage and skincare services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and the Massage Envy Wellness Program and promote retail purchases.
• Book services and encourage future appointments to grow the client base.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails, and assist with questions.
• Support clinic flow and assist with outreach to retain clients.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
