Qualifications

• 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner is required.
• Ability to work weekends is essential.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend final details call with clients.
• Lead ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding.
• Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup.
• Manage full wedding day execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for all vendors.
• Communicate setup instructions to vendors.
• Assist with placement of personal and event details.
• Support the wedding party and family members.
• Ensure all end-of-event items are packed.
• Proactively manage and resolve issues.
