Leigh and Co. is looking for a Lead Wedding Coordinator in Pennsylvania to manage wedding planning services for couples. This contract role allows you to choose your own schedule and involves working primarily onsite during events. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing vendor relations, and ensuring a smooth execution of the wedding day. Candidates must have 2 years of experience, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to work weekends. Pay is $350 per project for 10-12 hours of work.
Qualifications
Must have 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs.
Responsibilities
Attend final details call with clients 6 weeks prior to the wedding.
Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal on the day prior to the wedding.
Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite.
Oversee ceremony and reception setup in alignment with event design.
Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival to final breakdown.
Act as the main point of contact for all vendors.
Coordinate and assist with placement of personal and event details.
Ensure all end-of-event items are packed and accounted for.
Proactively manage and resolve any issues or last-minute changes.
