Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend final details call with clients to confirm logistics.
• Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal.
• Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup.
• Manage full wedding day execution.
• Act as main point of contact for all vendors.
• Coordinate personal and event details placement.
• Support the wedding party with guidance.
• Handle end-of-event items.
• Resolve any issues to maintain guest experience.
