Job summary

Leigh & Co. Events, a fast-growing wedding planning company, seeks a Lead Wedding Coordinator in New Hampshire. This contract role allows for a flexible schedule, providing wedding planning and coordination services for engaged couples. Responsibilities include managing logistics, overseeing the setup and execution of the wedding day, and directly supporting the couple. Candidates must have 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 30 lbs. Training is provided and pay is $350 for 10-12 hours per project.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends is essential.
• Must have 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend a final details call with clients approximately 6 weeks prior to the wedding.
• Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal on the day prior to the wedding.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup in alignment with event design.
• Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival through final breakdown.
• Act as the main point of contact for all vendors.
• Ensure all end-of-event items are properly packed and accounted for.
