Responsibilities

• Attend final details call with clients to confirm logistics.
• Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal.
• Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup.
• Manage full wedding day execution.
• Greet and direct all vendors.
• Communicate setup instructions to vendors.
• Coordinate placement of personal and event details.
• Support the wedding party with guidance and timing cues.
• Ensure end-of-event items are packed and accounted for.
• Proactively manage issues or last-minute changes.
