Job summary

Bessemer Trust is seeking a Technical Lead to drive the implementation and support of its public website and intranet platforms. You will lead evaluation, architecture, and deployment, while hands-on contributing to configuration, integration, and development.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, multi-channel content delivery. The role is hybrid with on-site work in Woodbridge, NJ, and involves shaping a federated CMS strategy, APIs, and DXPs to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience implementing public website and/or intranet platforms (e.g., Drupal, Staffbase, Interact).
Strong background in modern web architecture (APIs, headless CMS, microservices, cloud platforms).
Experience with DXPs, personalization, analytics, and SEO.
Experience coordinating third‑party vendors and system integrators.

Responsibilities

Lead evaluation and deployment of content/platform solutions.
Own end-to-end implementation from architecture to deployment.
Act as technical lead in implementation (configuration, integration, development).
Define a cohesive content management vision across platforms.
Ensure scalable, secure architecture with APIs and content models.
