- Demonstrable experience working with BMC Remedy ticketing system.
- Strong understanding of global concepts and experience working with global business partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation quality, code reviews, and code optimization.
- Mentor junior developers through build and test phases.
- Drive and own the development Change Control process.
