Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership
• Experience delivering customer-facing web and mobile apps
• Strong cloud-native development background
• Experience managing employees and consulting partners
• Experience operating in Agile environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day software development lifecycle for client website and mobile app
• Drive planning, prioritization, estimation, release management, and deployments
• Lead and develop a blended team of internal engineers, QA, and external consultants
• Review designs and architecture for scalability, maintainability, performance, and security
• Partner with architects on technology strategy and platform evolution
• Mentor team members and support career development
• Champion AI adoption to boost productivity, quality, and client experience
• Support regulatory and security requirements in a hybrid team environment
