Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional full-stack web development with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to guide complex web/digital projects from scoping to deployment.
• Strong client-facing and consultative communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development of websites, web apps, dashboards and data-driven tools.
• Set technical architecture, APIs, data integration, hosting, security and analytics.
• Oversee QA/QC, accessibility, and performance across products.
• Mentor Digital Studio team and manage external vendors.
