Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in commercial waterproofing and building-envelope restoration.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification and a valid DOT Card.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel up to 10% within the regional project territory.
• Mastery of surface prep, joint sealants, traffic coatings, and below-grade waterproofing.
• Experience working safely at heights with scaffolding, staging, and aerial lifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily on-site operations to ensure waterproofing and restoration work meet specifications.
• Execute installations across fluid-applied, hot-applied, sheet membrane, and elastomeric systems.
• Lead and train crew on surface preparation, film thickness monitoring, and material application.
• Identify substrate issues and site conditions to prevent system failures.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and access equipment to maintain schedules.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
• Document progress with photographic evidence and detailed production reports.
